Mark Finchem served 21 years with the Kalamazoo, MI, Department of Public Safety, first as a firefighter/paramedic, then over 18 years as a law enforcement officer and criminal investigator. A resident of Arizona since 1999, he was elected to serve in the 2015 Legislature.  Mr. Finchem served in the House of Representatives with distinction until 2022, when he ran as the Trump-endorsed Arizona Secretary of State. His alleged loss in that irredeemably compromised election catapulted him into a full-time leadership role as the Executive Director of the Election Fairness Institute, an IRS-approved 501(c)(3).

 

Mr. Finchem is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor's degree in State and Local Public Policy, summa cum laude, and is a graduate of James E. Rogers Law School, University of Arizona with a Master's degree in Legal Studies and Economics at the University of Arizona, cum laude.
