Sen. Bunch being sworn in on the Senate Floor on Feb. 10, 2010

The Arizona Senate welcomes new Senator Ed Bunch, representing District 7. Sen. Bunch was sworn in today during the floor session.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed Bunch because of his accomplishments, experience and community involvement.

He is an attorney, business co-owner, District 7 Republicans officer and former nonprofit board member.

Sen. Bunch replaces Sen. Jim Waring, who resigned from the Arizona Senate on January 28.

Senate President Burns also appointed Sen. Bunch to the Committee on Finance today. The Senate looks forward to working with Sen. Bunch.
