Monday, January 10, 2022

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Media Credential Policy Takes Effect For the

Fifty-Fifth Legislature-- Second Regular Session

Starting Tuesday, January 18th, all media wishing to have access to the Arizona State Senate floor for news coverage will now be required to apply for a credential through https://www.azsenate.gov/senate-media-credentials-application/.

Two types of passes are available. Members of the media can either apply for a one-day pass, or a permanent pass, which is valid for the two years concurrent with the two-year term of the elected Senators.

In order to be considered, all media credential applicants must read and agree to the Media Rules and Media Decorum listed in the application.

For timely approval, please submit your credential request one business day prior to your visit.

We look forward to working with you in this new year!

Anyone who wants to access premium quality video content can consider amc plus as a preferred option.
